  This place has unsanitary conditions. Rotting food in the cooler...waitress stations filthy. I ordered a double rib to crispy to eat, rice pilaf hard & lumpy mashed potatoes. The staff plays on cell phones & bully people instead of cleaning the filth they surround themselves around. I don't recommend going here until they clean & hire competent & friendly people!!!

  This restaurant is not for people that want something fancy but if you like good food and don't care about fancy, then this is the place to eat some great carp and walleye. They have a great selection on their menu and friendly staff.

  I will probably update this, but this review is of our 1st visit and my wife liked her food enough that we will go back. The walleye I had was not good. Maybe it's because I didn't catch it...but I was super disappointed. I talked my wife into the trout and she love love loved it. Waitress, I think, was new and so the service was kinda sucky. Flower pot bread was not good at all. The restaurant was old and dusty and the floors were pretty dirty...but to me...that's the type of place I like.

  Fish'n for something good? This is it! The food is delicious, highly recommend the Gizzards. Location and atmosphere is enjoyable too. Come early always a crowd, definitely worth it.
